About Alainnah

As a therapist and a human, my goal is to create a collaborative space that encourages exploration and curiosity. Through this journey of self-discovery, we can build a deeper connection and understanding within ourselves and with others, laying the foundation for meaningful growth.

I believe that each person is a unique tapestry of beautifully intricate parts, all equally important to your identity. Taking the time to reflect on the experiences that have shaped you can provide valuable insights and help you recognize patterns that may be holding you back.

My counseling approach is grounded in Individual Psychology and Somatic-Based Therapy, I also incorporate techniques from Transpersonal Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Lifespan Integration, Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy. Since we are all uniquely different, I tailor my interventions and tools to suit your journey. You are the expert in your own experience, and I’m here to offer a non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive environment.

When I’m not in therapist mode, you can often find me knitting, practicing yoga, hiking, backpacking, camping, paddleboarding, hammocking, skiing, rock climbing, reading, or baking. I also love spending time with my dog, Ferguson, who brings me endless joy!
